Transition Towns & Community Garden

Last night we had the first meeting of the Steering Committee of the Alice Springs Community Garden. A committee of 12 was elected along with an Executive - I was elected to the position of Convenor.

My vision is that the community garden will be the first of many projects which will help build resilience into our town and move us towards attaining Transition Town status.
